Just finished a set of these pages for a phobia fat book. I picked the fear of the flying monkeys in The Wizard of Oz, a very popular fear many people refuse to admit to. I think it's the leather vests and the little fez hats that push people over the top. Just like the weird shriners in their little cars. But I digress. Anyhow, I carved this cool flying monkey stamp and I love getting to use him. And there's a word someone made up meaning this fear that I found on Wikipedia. I doubt it's in the DSM but it should be.

Neat stamp! What did you carve it from? From what did you carve it?
I'm scaredof those flying monkeys, but I'm scared of all flying things except, oddly enough, my parakeet, who would fly right onto my shoulder and I loved it. I can't wait to get another one!
But I'm scared of all flying bugs and definitely flying monkeys. I would be afraid of flying fish, but I'm more afraid of being out in the open ocean.
Bye!
Curious.
concerned?
Wondering...
How's everything?
Yes, I have that same fear! I think the music in the W of Oz really clinched the deal for me when I was a kid - creeeeepy!
I love your carved monkey stamp btw!
